VISION

Thomas W. Conklin’s vision for the Mighty Second District is rooted in building upon the strong foundation that already exists, including the legacy and standards established through The Omegan. His goal is to honor what has been done well while expanding how the District communicates through a modern, mobile-ready digital experience that meets Brothers where they are.Modern Digital Presence
Thomas W. Conklin will work to enhance the digital presentation of District publications by introducing formats that are easier to read, navigate, and share on phones and tablets, ensuring Brothers can stay informed wherever they are.Youth Engagement
To involve younger members more directly, Thomas W. Conklin will establish an Undergraduate Social Media Ambassador Program. These Brothers will serve as youth correspondents who highlight chapter achievements, events, and service projects across the District while strengthening the District’s presence on social media.Showcasing Our Brotherhood
Thomas W. Conklin will develop a series of short, professional video features that spotlight the work of graduate members, committees, and programs. These mini-series will celebrate the impact of the Brotherhood, promote transparency, and strengthen pride throughout the Mighty Second District.By building on existing strengths and elevating how the District publishes, promotes, and presents its work, Thomas W. Conklin will help position the Mighty Second District as the standard for excellence in Omega communications.

Thomas W. Conklin is a lifelong member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., initiated at Lincoln University, Beta Chapter, Spring 1996.
